Wednesday, August 17, 2011: Two persons were killed and several injured in a road mishap that occurred near Kuttayi in Malappuram district on Wednesday. The deceased have been identified as Ashraf and Faijas, nativies of Parappanangadi. As many as 30 persons were injured in the incident. The condition of one person is said to be serious. The incident occurred when two lorries collided with each other.
