Privilege motion against P C George

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: V S Sunil Kumar of the CPI has moved a privilege motion against Chief Whip P C George for his statement that the adjournment motion moved by the opposition LDF in the Nelliyampathy issue yesterday was sponsored by Forest Minister K B Ganesh Kumar. The notice was submitted to Speaker G Karthikeyan.


Both Ganesh Kumar and P C George had locked horns publicly yesterday, both inside and outside the state legislative assembly, over the trouble of taking back those estates at Nelliampathi on the tenure period of which is over and contract for deed violated.
