Ration shops to be renewed, says Anoop Jacob

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The ration shops of the state will be renewed, said Food and Civil Supplies Minister Anoop Jacob. Increasing the commission of ration dealers is under consideration. Defects in the distribution of kerosene will be solved. Quality controlling officers will be appointed to examine the standard of rice used in schools, Anoop said.


Brake barricades will be used instead of hubs in roads, said Minister V K Ibrahim Kunju. Steps are being taken to install a Technical University, Education Minister P K Abdu Rabb said.
