KOCHI: High Court judge N K Balakrishnan withdrew from considering the anticipatory bail plea of T V Rajesh MLA in the Shukkoor murder case and of the accused in the T P Chandrasekharan murder case.
He withdrew after his senior C K Sreedharan was appointed as the special prosecutor in the T P Murder case. So, after his withdrawal another bench will consider the pleas.
