TP murder: Chargesheet to be submitted on Monday
The SIT probing the murder of RMP leader TP Chandrasekharan will submit a single charge sheet including both attempt to murder and conspiracy hatched to kill TP in 2009 in the Vadakara Magistrate Court on Monday.
The first charge sheet will be filed against 37 of the total 76 accused in the case. M.C. Anoop is the first accused. Kirmani Manoj, Kodi Suni, T.K Rajeesh, Muhammed Shafi, Sijith, Shinoj are the other six accused according to the order.
