THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala government was planning to introduce a new higher education policy with stress on diversification and improvement of existing facilities, state Education Minister P K Abdu Rabb said on Thursday.A framework was being prepared for the new policy and all universities in the state would be brought under its ambit.
The aim was to enhance quality in higher education, Rabb said, inaugurating the 'scholarship distribution function' organised by the state higher education council.
