Kaviyoor case: Argument from Oct 15

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The CBI special court will hear argument on the various pleas submitted in the Kaviyoor case from October 15. The pleas submitted by CPM leaders Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, M A Baby, P K Sreemathi against crime editor Nanda Kumar will be considered on the same day.

The leaders approached the court following CBI allegation that Nanda Kumar offered Rs one crore to Latha Nair to reveal the names of those including politicians to the investigating team.  The court will also consider the demand of Nanda Kumar to reinvestigate after rejecting the CBI report against him.
