Motorcyclist killed in accident

 
KANNUR: A youth was killed when the motorcycle he was riding was hit by a bus at Edat near Payyannur here on Wednesday. The police identified the dead as Muhammad Fayiz (20), a B.Com student. The two-wheeler he was driving was hit by the bus on the National Highway at Edat. He died on the spot. His friend Firaz (20), who was pillion riding suffered serious injuries in the accident and has been admitted to the Pariyaram Medical College Hospital.
