UDF encouraging communalism, says Pinarayi

NEW DELHI: The UDF is encouraging communalism in the state, said CPM state secretary Pinarayi Vijayan. Communalism strengthens whenever the UDF is in power.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh too has expressed concern over the increase in the communal incidents in the country. He himself has claimed that the Congress is encouraging communalism in the state.

The UDF should keep in mind the things stated by the prime minister. They join hands with the communal forces for some seats.

Pinarayi said the tie up between NSS and the SNDP is for political gains and they are now trying to form a ‘Hindu- League’ in the state. These two organisations are trying to acquire educational institutions.
