THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Anoop Jacob, one of the three MLAs who are fasting in front of the Secretariat, demanding a roll back in self-financing college fee, was today shifted to hospital, after his health deteriorated. He was taken to hospital in ambulance at around 4 pm after a doctor visited him and examined his health condition.
In the examination, it was found that the Bilirubin content in his blood sample had dipped. Anoop along with Hibi Eden and Shafi Parambil had started indefinite fasting four days ago. Two MLAs are continuing their fast. Opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala had visited the MLAS in the morning.
