Anoop dedicates victory to his father

Wednesday, March 21, 2012: Kerala Congress (J) leader Anoop Jacob, who won the Piravom by- poll defeating his nearest rival MJ Jacob of the LDF by a huge margin of 12071 votes today dedicated his victory to his father T M Jacob .
Talking to reporters after his victory in the election, he said ‘this is a recognition to the democracy and I am dedicating this win to my father.’
He said that his victory in the by-election was result of the united and collective work by the UDF activist.
Everyone should learn a lesson from the result and if the UDF had worked together like this in the previous election it could have won more than 100 seats, he said
