Kovalam Palce: Mutation done

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Vizhinjam Village Office on Friday completed the mutation (pokkuvaravu) process of the 16 hectare land area including the Kovalam Halcyon Palace for R.P. Group of industrialist Ravi Pillai.
