Stone hurled at train injures woman passenger

ALAPPUZHA: A stone hurled at a moving train injured a woman passenger on Saturday. She was traveling to Ernakulam from Thiruvananthapuram. 

The injured is Sanuja (47),  a native of Poovachal and an employee of Tourism directorate.     

It was Thiruvananthapuram-Indore Express that came under attack from anti-social elements, according to the police. The stone fell on Sanuja’s chest. Though the police tried to take her to hospital, she was not willing for it. After that she was allowed to take rest on the train till her destination.
