Trisha, by the way, has requested her fans not to spread rumours about the marriage date, as it is yet to be decided.
There were reports that Trisha and Varun were in love and their engagement ceremony had already taken place.
Trisha said she would continue acting though her engagement is fixed. In the current year, she would sign two new projects.
Varun is the managing director of Radiance Realty developers India Limited and Radiance Group, a film production company, which had produced Vaimoodi Pesuvathum and Kaviya Thalaivan. The company is also producing Selvaraghavan with Trisha and Chimbu in the lead roles.
