Five held for sexually abusing minor

IDUKKI: Five persons including a woman were arrested in a case where a minor tribal girl was sexually abused for months. She was harassed after tying her hands and legs.  A team led by Thodupuzha DySP arrested Mini (32) of Moolamattom, Vinod (28), his brother Manoj (24) and Anoop.

The 13-year-old-girl was sexually abused for the past one year.

Mini is the first wife of the victim’s stepfather.  The victim, who was in a hostel in Thodupuzha, was abused during the summer vacation.
