Tvm: ‘E-chip’ inside soaps creates panic among people

Saturday, December 10, 2011: The police have started an investigation on the distribution of soaps hidden with chips on the coastal areas of Beemapally in the district.
A team led by a foreigner distributed soap in the areas on Friday as part of a survey on health. They distributed soap to the natives of the areas making them believe that it was part of a survey.
Seeing the chip inside the soap, the natives informed the police. The soap was distributed to almost 40 houses in the area. When the soap was distributed, the team had directed to use the soap only for three days. The team had assured to give them Rs 400 if the soap was returned after that.
Meantime, authorities said the team had not sought any permission from the concerned before distributing the soap. Initial examination said the chip was not found to be dangerous.

it could be for testing medicines on the skin, could be to collect some wireless signals from coastal protection force, navy or from any other security agency. This should be immediately stopped. what foreigners thinK? give some money to Indians, they will do anything?
