Fisherman trapped in net dies

PARASALA: A fisherman trapped in fishing net was killed after his catamaran overturned. He has been identified as Silva Adima (45) of Pozhiyoor. He went fishing at 3 am yesterday. Other fishermen, who went fishing saw him lying trapped in a net early Tuesday morning. Though he was brought to the shore, he was confirmed dead. He leaves behind his wife Jnanamma and children, Sujin, Sujith, Sunil and Sunitha.
