Five Keralites killed in road mishap in Tuticorin
Monday, April 2, 2012: Five Keralites including three women and four children died and 10 injured in a road mishap that occurred near Tuticorin on Monday early morning.
The deceased, part of a 15 member group from Idukki were on their way to Irrukkankudi from Tiruchendur when the mishap occurred, they said. The Jeep driver was among those killed. All the injured have been hospitalised
The incident occurred when the jeep in which they were travelling collided with a lorry.
