NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court Monday postponed to Friday considering the bail plea of PDP leader Abdul Nazar Madhani, jailed in the Bangalore blasts case.
In the affidavit filed along with the bail plea, Madhani stated that even after Supreme Court directive, the Karnataka Government failed to provide him better treatment. He also asserted that Karnataka Government did not bear the expenses of his treatment and sought to grant him bail so that he could meet the expenses.
