Wednesday, August 10, 2011: The Cabinet meet on Wednesday has decided to correct the discrepancies in the recent bus fare hike. The correction will be made for the 10 km fare stage which after the hike stood at Rs 8. The government is planning to bring down the same to Rs 7. Before the hike, the fare stage for 10 km limit was Rs 5.50.
