Former Chief Justice of India and National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) Chairman K G Balakrishnan's brother K G Bhaskaran died here following a brief illness.He was 63. He was under treatment for respiratory problems for quite some time and he died yesterday evening.Mr Bhaskaran had to resign as Special Government Pleader citing health problems following allegations that he had amassed wealth disproportionate to his known sources of income.
