Youth arrested for beating cousin to death for not feeding dog.

PALAKKAD: More information has surfaced in the incident of murdering a youth for the delay in feeding a dog. The victim is Harshad (21), son of Abdul Salaam and Ayisha of Mulayankavu Perumbrathodi.
