Paravoor sex scandal case: two more held

August 19, 2011: Two more persons have been arrested in connection with Paravur sex scandal case in which a minor girl was sexually exploited by many including her own father, by promising her role in films.

The accused have been identified as Kalam and Saleem, both natives of Perumbavoor, Crime branch team told.

Thursday, June 30, 2011: Two more person have been arrested in connection with the sexual exploitation of a minor girl from North Paravur. The accused has been identified as Jamaal, hailing from Malappuram and Sunny, hailing from Kalady. With this, the total number of arrested has touched 47.

It is suspected that more than 100 men sexually exploited the girl, including her father, after promising her roles in films.

Four more persons have been apprehended by the Ernakulam Crime Branch team investigating the sexual exploitation of minor girl from North Paravur on Tuesday.
