June 17, 2011: The Thrissur Vigilance Court has on Friday ordered an inquiry against Senior Congress leader V.D. Satheeshan, MLA, in connection with the alleged misappropriation of MLA fund. The Court ordered for a vigilance probe while hearing on a plea filed by Vijayan Pillai, a resident of Paravur. The plea was filed pointing out that Satheeshan had allegedly misused the MLA fund.
