Charred body of man found in Kottayam

Thursday, February 09, 2012: The charred body of a 45-year-old bank employee was found in the generator room of a co-operative bank in Kottayam on Thursday morning.
The dead has been identified as Jacob Joseph, hailing from Kanjirappally, police told. The police team, who examined the scene suspect whether it was a clear case of self-immolation and have begun investigation into the incident.
