Pakistani nabbed for want of papers
KASARGOD: A Pakistani citizen was taken into police custody after he was found moving in the town without valid papers. Abdul Basheer (36), son of Syed Hussain, was nabbed by the police on Monday after he was found wandering in the town, the police said. On interrogation, Basheer, who was believed to have reached India from Saudi Arabia a few years ago, did not possess valid papers to stay back in the country. Police sources here said the man appeared to be suffering from mental disorder. Senior police officials are questioning him. He said he had been working here as casual labourer for some time.
