Wednesday, May 18, 2011: Former State fisheries minister, S Sarma has resigned from the Smart city Kochi director board panel. Speaking to the reporters here today, Sarma informed that he has also resigned the Smart city project chairman post. Sarma’s decision to resign his post comes soon after the new UDF ministry assumed charge in Thiruvananthapuram on Wednesday.
