KOCHI: The two-day Young Journalist Camp, under the auspices of the Kerala State Youth Welfare Board got under way here. Excise Minister K Babu inaugurated the camp, which is aimed at creating awareness among the youth about the new trends in journalism. In his inaugural speech, Babu said journalists should have to be creative. The journalists should also adhere to the ethics of journalism while reporting, he said and added that the new trend seen is that the journalists are more after sensational news.
