PALAKKAD: One more person was arrested in connection with the incident in which children from Jharkhand and other northern states were allegedly trafficked into Kerala.
Palakkad crime branch arrested one Shafeeq Shaik, a native of Jharkhand. For the past three years he had been working as an agent of Mukkam Orphanage, said the police. With this, the number of arrested in the case has gone up to ten.
