Dubai: Last year's winner Sachin Tendulkar has been short-listed for the Cricketer of the Year award while his team mate Gautam Gambhir is in the ODI Player of the Year category for the LG International Cricket Council Awards to be held in London September 12.England batsmen Alastair Cook and Jonathan Trott and Hashim Amla of South Africa are the other short-lists in the Cricketer of the Year category. The votes have been cast by the independent 25-person academy.
