NEW DELHI: The Central Election Commission permitted the P C Thomas group the name, symbol and flag used by P J Joseph group before they merged with the Kerala Congress (Mani) group. P C Thomas’ anti-merger group of the party, who were against the merger of Joseph to Mani group, has the right to use it.The election commission had earlier permitted the P C Thomas group to strike off the ‘anti-merger group’ and use just Kerala Congress.
