Monday, October 17, 2011: Opposition leader and CPM stalwart V.S
Achuthanandan has today filed a plea in the Kerala High Court demanding
permission to join as a plaintiff in Jiji Thomson’s plea in connection
with the 1992 Palmolein import case.
Jiji Thomson had filed a the plea seeking to quash the
Thiruvananthapuram Vigilance Court order directing further investigation
into the case in which he is an accused.
