Pension age raised to 60 for those joining govt service from April 1
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The pension age has been raised to 60 for those joining government services from April 1, 2013 onwards. Finance Minister K M Mani did not announce it while presenting the budget in the Kerala Assembly.
There were widespread protests in increasing the pension age earlier.
