SC upholds M.K Raghavan’s election

Friday, April 27, 2012: The Supreme Court on Friday upheld the election of Kozhikode MP M K Raghavan.
SC has dismissed the petition filed by opposition candidate Muhammad Riyas alleging that M K Raghavan was involved in defamatory campaigning.
Talking to media persons, Raghavan said that he is happy that SC had accepted the truth.
