Monday, December 26, 2011: Preparations are nearing completion for the Mandala Pooja, marking the concluding ritual of the 41-day-long first phase of the annual pilgrimage season, slated to be held on December 27.The Mandala Pooja, the pooja after adorning the Thanka Anki on the idol of Lord Ayyappa, will be held at 1 pm.
Kalabahbhishekam would be the special ritual to be held in connection with the Mandala Pooja As part of the kalabhabhishekam, kalabhakalasa pooja will be conducted by Thantri Kandararu Maheswararu in the presence of Melsanthi N Balamurali at Nalambalam at 11.30 am.
