Tuesday, September 13, 2011: A scuffle broke out between some persons
and the police during the title deed distribution held at Alappuzha as
part of the UDF government’s 100-day programme on Tuesday.
The people alleged that there were some irregularities in the
documents provided during the title deed distribution. This led to a
minor scuffle between the police and crowd who later staged a sit-in
protest.
