Thursday, March 29, 2012: The nurses belonging to the Thrissur Metropolitan hospital have launched a strike demanding better wages on Thursday morning.A rise in the minimum wage, removal of bonded labour and introduction of working in shifts, reappointment of dismissed nurses are some of the demands raised by the striking nurses.
