KOCHI: The Kerala High Court asked whether an examination was conducted after opening the skull of Swami Saswathikananda, who died under mysterious circumstances. It is a serious lapse if it has not happened, said Justice B Kemal Pasha. The court directed the DGP to submit a report after examining the video clippings of the post mortem report.
The court should be informed about the conclusions of the doctor, who led the postmortem.The court asked whether the doctor found anything unnatural.
The court was considering the pleas seeking a probe under the supervision of the court in the death of Swami Saswathikananda. A plea of Priyan, native of Palluruthy, seeking a CBI probe in the case is also under the consideration of the court.

What is stopping further probe in Saswathikananda death case, asks court
KOCHI: The Kerala High Court asked the state government what is stopping them for a further probe in connection with the death of Swamy swathikananda. While considering a plea seeking a further probe, the court asked why it is not conducted if there are new details in connection with the death.
The court asked whether one would believe saying that Saswathikananda, who knows swimming, died by drowning. The court directed the government to inform their stand on further probe.
Meantime, the government told the court that there is no reliability on the allegations of Sree Narayana Dharma Vedi general secretary Biju Ramesh that Saswathikananda was murdered. If he has new evidences or anything else, then he should have handed it over either to the police or government. The government is willing for a probe if there are new evidences. Six SPs had already investigated the death of swamy. Nothing mysterious was found in any of the probes, informed the government.
