KOZHIKODE: I have business links with Chief Minister Oommen Chandy’s son Chandy Oommen, said Biju Radhakrishnan, accused in the solar fraud case. The documents in connection with the business links with him will be produced before the solar commission. He said this while he was brought to be produced in the court in connection with a case.
The chief minister has no moral right to call me a crook and a killer. If he has the guts, he should resign his post and face the probe and then will know who the real crook is. The chief minister will have to appear before the commission on the basis of the proofs produced by me. Those criticizing our trip to Coimbatore to retrieve the disc are those who foiled it, he said.

KOCHI: Solar scam accused Biju Radhakrishnan has informed that before December 10, he would submit all evidence pertaining to his recent allegations of bribery and sexual exploitation against certain politicians.
He also said that he would file Vigilance case against the chief minister and other ministers. When he appeared before the Solar Commission on Thursday, it had asked him to present the evidence within five days. But he managed to get the date extended by ten more days, following which the Commission asked him to submit the evidence within December 10. The Commission had also warned against threatening Biju or seizing evidence from him.

KCOHI: Solar scam accused Biju Radhakrishnan has come out with startling allegations against Chief Minister Oommen Chandy. This time he has said that Chandy exploited Saritha sexually.
Biju revealed this in front of Justice Sivarajan Commission inquiring the solar case on Wednesday. He even said that he had sleazy video clippings involving Chandy and Saritha and was ready to present that before the Commission, if necessary.
He said besides the chief minister, ministers Shibu Baby John, A P Anil Kumar, Hibi Eden MLA, Aryadan Shaukkath and Anil Kumar’s personal assistant Nazarullah sexually used Saritha and he also had the related videos.
“Saritha herself had collected the videos. Video clippings of five persons have been shown to the chief minister and the sixth one was not shown to him as it belonged to him. I was shocked to see the chief minister’s clippings. The clippings were shown to the chief minister after I returned to Thiruvannathapuram from Sucheendram temple. It was one Kannan who had arranged a car for me,” said Biju, who pleaded to the Commission for police protection as the revelations, he said, would turn death knell for him.
Biju also levelled allegations against Benny Bahanan MLA. “Benny was aware of Solar deals. I talked to Benny as asked by the chief minister,” added Biju who appeared emotional several times while making the above revelations.

Saritha revealed names of ministers, says Biju Radhakrishnan
ALUVA: Biju Radhakrishnan, the first accused in the solar case, Friday said Saritha S Nair had revealed the names of two ministers and a former minister. The names mentioned by Saritha were that of Minister of State K C Venugopal, Minister A P Anil Kumar and former minister K B Ganesh Kumar.
Biju told the names to reporters when he was brought to the Aluva Court in connection with a case.
The additional CJM N V Raju had told the high court registrar that Saritha had told him that she was sexually exploited. But Raju’s version was that he neither noticed the names nor recorded her statement.

Police brutally assaulted me, says Biju Radhakrishnan
PATHANAMTHITTA: Biju Radhakrishnan arrested in the solar case, told his advocate that he was brutally assaulted in custody. Following the assault, he sustained injuries on his right foot. There were no injuries on his body before he was taken into custody, his advocate said.
Biju had told his advocate that he had proofs showing the illegal relationship of many in connection with the case. His advocate N T Babu said that with court’s permission Biju’s written complaint would be accepted and produced with evidence.
