Chandy can continue if unashamed, says Gowri Amma

KOCHI: There has never been a chief minister in the history of the state who has been severely criticized by the court, said JSS state president K R Gowri Amma. He should have resigned soon after the criticism. He can continue if unashamed, she said.

I’ve not decided to partake in Pinarayi’s march, says Gowri Amma

I was invited to become CM candidate, says Gowri Amma

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The LDF had invited me to become the chief minister candidate in the assembly polls in 2001, revealed JSS president K R Gowri Amma.

Inaugurating the party’s district meet in the capital city, she said when it was offered I told them that I have a party now and cannot take a decision without consulting them.

I told them that I will not take the mantle unless the reason for ousting me from the CPI (M) is not asserted.  The congress leaders are saying that I’m leaving the UDF after accepting advance from the CPI (M).

The UDF cheated us by giving seats which had no winning chances.  Union Ministers Vayalar Ravi and K C Venugopal had tried to defeat the JSS. The UDF deliberately ignores the sincere ones. Activists will decide whether to leave the front or not, she said.

M V Raghavan had asked me to leave UDF together, says Gowri Amma

ALAPPUZHA:  K R Gowri Amma revealed that M V Raghavan had told her that the JSS and the CMP can leave the UDF together and unite without joining any Fronts.

In an interview to a channel, Gowri Amma said that the JSS is not planning to leave the UDF and will think about it in the next party meeting.

Opposition leader V S Achuthanandan had invited me to convene a meeting together, but I refused it as there is no situation to unite with VS, she said.
