Monday, May 16, 2011: Superstar Rajinikant admitted to a private hospital here on May 13 for respiratory infection, temperature and fatigue, was cheerful and his vital parameters normal, the hospital said today. “He has been advised to stay in hospital for thorough examination to ensure normal health status. A team of doctors, comprising specialists and general physicians, is attending on him, doing necessary investigation and appropriate treatment is being given to him. He is cheerful and is being treated in the private ward”, Sri Ramachandra Medical University, where he has been admitted to, said in a release.
Rajnikant’s vital parameters were normal and he has been advised to restrict visitors totally besides complete rest to avoid “inter-current” infections, the hospital said.
