Govt should provide subsidy to KSEB, says Balan
Saturday, july 23, 2011: Former Electricity Minister AK Balan today said that the government should give subsidy to the Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) to offset its revenue deficit.
He was speaking to the media reporters.
