THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala High Court has not prima facie found Finance K M Mani guilty in the bar bribery case, said Chief Whip Thomas Unniyadan and so he need not resign. The court just made some observations, he told reporters.
The court said the observations of the vigilance court should not affect further probe in the case. It is a big gain for the Kerala Congress as the court has not found him guilty. Not only that, nobody has sought Mani’s resignation. The Kerala Congress will react strongly if there is a move to attack Mani, he said.
