Biju Ramesh Bar Association Working President after KM Mani case serious bribery allegations against excise Minister K Babu.
Biju Ramesh said he personaly handed over Rs 50 lakh to Minister K Babu at the Kerala Secretariat. He said that the vigilance did not record his statement on minister K Babu, and vigilance director Vincent M Poul intervened to give instruction against recording statement.
