KOLLAM: KPCC president V M Sudheeran has said that while withdrawing cases, the government should be more alert and before taking the decision, they should examine facts related to the case. A case should be withdrawn according to its credentials, only.
Sudheeran was responding media persons questions regarding the government’s application in the high court, seeking withdrawal of a case in which KSU worksers threw black oil at the then Higher secondary director Kesavendra Kumar.
To another question, Sudheeran said that a comprehensive inquiry into the firing incident in Vizhinjam is needed.
