KOTTAYAM: Finance Minister K M Mani, facing bribery allegations should decide whether he should present the budget or not, said Chief Whip P C George. George said the opposition has stated that they will not allow him to present the budget.
I think former chief secretary E K Bharat Bhushan is involved in the Pattoor land deal. If he was innocent, then he could have divulged details on it earlier, George said.
