Former Minister of State for External Affairs Shashi Tharoor today said “I had gone for Twitter since time was limited to me. But there is a danger in Twitter because of the 140-character limit within which one has to express properly.”
“Almost in all cases, the controversies have been baseless,” he said at an interactive session organized by the Advertising Club of Calcutta.
