Fasal murder: Anticipatory bail plea hearing postponed

Wednesday, May 23, 2012: The Kerala High Court today postponed the anticipatory bail plea hearing of two accused in the Muhammed Fasal murder case Kaarayi Rajan and Kaarayi Chandran.
The petition has been posted for hearing on Monday.
CBI had earlier stated in the High court that CPM local leaders Karayi Rajan and Karayi Chandrasekharan are the main conspirators behind the murder of Muhammad Fasal.
It was on October 22, 2006 Fasal was murdered by a group of people, within few days of his defecting from the CPM and joining the NDF.
