TP murder: Ashokan’s allegations baseless, says industrialist

Tuesday, May 29, 2012: Pradeep Kumar, an industrialist who was mentioned in the bail plea application of CPM Onchiyam area committee Secretary C H Ashokan today said that allegations against him are totally baseless.
‘Ashokan may have made the allegations to escape from the case. Chandrasekharan was not active in the agitation against ice plant’, he said.
He also said that his uncle P.P. Sukumaran doesn’t have any connection with the case.
C.H Ashokan had stated in his bail plea that the murder of T P Chandrashekaran was not a political murder and an industrialist who had a personal enemity with TP led to his murder.
