Two CPI (M) Area Committees have role in murder of Chandrasekharan

KOZHIKODE: The police team investigating the murder of RMP leader T.P. Chandrasekharan has found out that two Area Committees of CPI (M) have direct involvement in the murder.


Plot to kill Chandrasekharan was hatched by Onchiyam and Panur Area Committees. Conspiracy meeting took place at Chokli in Mahi on March.


K.C. Ramachandran, a member of CPI-M Kunnummakkara local committee who was arrested on Wednesday, had held talks with Kodi Suni at Chokli. The police have mentioned details on this in the remand report submitted in the court.
